James ensured that every touchpoint reflected the initiative's mission and values, creating a lasting visual impression.

In addition to the static elements, James worked with an animator to develop a series of animated content. These animations were thoughtfully created to simplify and clarify the complaint process, making it more accessible and engaging for the audience.
