Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our creation. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that only the item(s) value will be refunded, which does not include the shipping cost. You will be requested to pay the new item shipping cost. 

 

Important note: If you decide to send us an item back, whether you are exchanging or returning, without first contacting us (theteam@oneparadise.co.uk), you will be 100% responsible for all fees, damages or possible losses.

 

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.

  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, sealed and in its original conditions.

  • Custom-made orders are not refundable due to the nature of the order.


 

Personalised items return policy

In the unlikely event that you wish to return any personalised items, please note that returns can only be accepted in the event the item(s) is faulty, or an error has been made on our part. If you deem the item(s) to be faulty, we advise you to contact us (theteam@oneparadise.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

 

Please do not return any item(s), without having contacted us directly first, as this could delay the process and/or result in being charged for the item(s) to be returned back to you, should the item(s) not meet our returns agreement.

 

Please note:

 

Any returns will be at the cost of the customer. We do recommend that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible if the item(s) is not received. 

 

When returning an item(s), a detailed covering letter should be enclosed, which should contain a reason for the return and the order reference number (this can be found on your original order confirmation email).
